Hence the growth of intemet business is marked by the increasing number of Internet Service Provider (1SP). The market\'s demands for superior qualities at reasonable rate only results the sharpening competition among such companies.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT. Globalinter Netura as one of the ISP companies in Bandung needed a competitive strategy to allow them to survive in the present situation and to win it. The formula for such strategy was undergone several analysis procedures as follows, external condition analysis, market profile analysis, industrial structure analysis, competitive position analysis and internal condition analysis. With further analysis, a strategy alternative was formed through a chain of strategic formula methodologies such as BCG Matrix, GE Matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix and SWOT Matrix.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> <br /> In connection with the condition and manpower of the company itself, the possible strategies proposed for PT Globalinter Netura are intensive strategy (market penetration, market development, product development) and hold and maintain strategy (market penetration, product development).<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> text
