The software used in this study was PHAST because this software can generate comprehensive results and has been validated by many researchers. PHAST software had simulated hazard that may happen and its effect in scenario of 250 mm hole and 750 mm hole leakage in LNG storage tank. The results from PHAST software showed hazards that may happen in the event of LNG storage tank leakage are jet fire, pool fire, flash fire, and vapor cloud explosion.
