Summary:The Cibadak area is known as a bustling area with economic activities, namely as a textile trading area and culinary center, and is classified as a densely populated area. However, with the lack of available space, we need a building that has mixed functions. Apartment Park 2x8 which is a building that has a mixed-function as a shopping center and apartment can be a solution to develop the Cibadak area. Also, the Cibadak region is known as a flood-prone area. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the drainage network with the concept of zero delta Q in this project to ensure that the project is safe from flooding and will not increase runoff discharge in rivers in the Cibadak region. One of the things done to implement the concept of zero delta Q is to collect rainwater so that it can be utilized in meeting water needs in the 2x8 Park Apartment. Therefore, the main scope of this thesis is the design of drainage networks and the design of water supply and rainwater reservoirs. The design of this thesis begins with a hydrological analysis to obtain plan rainfall, flood discharge, and reliable discharge. The reliable discharge is then used to design rainwater reservoirs. Meanwhile, flood discharge is used to conduct flood analysis with HEC-RAS software and design the drainage network. In designing the drainage network, the designed scope is the roof drainage from the apartment tower, the podium roof drainage, and the yard drainage of the building. Drainage design needs to pay attention to building design and land use in the project. Drainage design is done by dividing the land into several catchment areas and calculating runoff discharge using rational methods. Furthermore, the dimensions of the drainage network components are made as needed. Then, check the changes in runoff that occur to ensure the application of the concept of zero delta Q. The water supply at 2x8 Park Apartment comes from two sources, such as PDAM supply and rainwater catchment. In this case, an analysis of water demand and availability is carried out to determine the size of the water reservoir. Water reservoirs are designed in the form of Ground Water Tank (GWT) and Roof Water Tank (RWT). The water distribution component is also designed in this final project, which is a pump and pipe to deliver water from GWT to RWT.
