STUDY ABOUT WEBSITE QUALITY ASSESSMENT USING ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS STUDY CASE WEBSITE DPR-RI (HTTPS://DPR.GO.ID)

DPR stands for Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Indonesia is one of the state consitutional institutions in Indonesia. DPR main purpose is to oversee the overall performance of the Indonesian government. DPR consists of members of the political party elected by the people directly through open elections which are routinely held every 5 years. Explicitly, DPR has 3 main functions, namely the legislative function (legalization of the law), the budget function (budget approval), and the supervisory function (supervision of all government performance). The entire explanation regarding the authority, functions and responsibilities of the DPR are explained in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2014. In implementing the functions of the DPR, in daily activities the DPR conducts meetings that are held by elected members together with partner institutions to discuss problems that are happening in Indonesia. Each meeting will produce a minutes of meeting, non-confidential information will later be shared with the media to be reported to the public. One method of sharing information with the media is through the DPR's website, that is https://dpr.go.id. Through this research the author wants to find out if the website https://dpr.go.id is in accordance with its designation and in accordance with the expectations of the public. This research uses quantitative data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 100 website users. The results of respodent data collection were analyzed using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and assisted by the IBM SPSS tool in its completion. The final results of this research are the fuzzy tree AHP model and website upgrade recommendations in accordance with the analysis of website users satisfaction results. Through the AHP calculation results it is found that the Information Accuracy, Information Currency, and Website Design are three important criteria for the website renewal. Seen from the eigen vector / priority value of 0.173, 0.168, and 0.142 which exceeds the other criteria used in the calculation.
