Summary:Indonesia Port Corporation (IPC)/PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) is Indonesia's State-Owned Enterprise (SoE) in port services. IPC runs 12 branches across Indonesia and also manages subsidiaries to expand the business, not only in port operation, but also in other area as well. There are various IT systems to support IPC's operation. All systems are integrated in form of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. However, due to every system have their own database, the production of corporate performance report is done separately by unit or division in IPC. In addition, most of the processes is manually dominated. So it is difficult for IPC to provide corporate performance indicators promptly and accurate. As a result, it takes more effort and longer time in the decision making processes by Management. The objective of this final project is to produce corporate performance report promptly and accurate. The solution is a corporate reporting database that integrate all IT system database in IPC. Also, there is platform to display corporate performance report real time, accurate, attractive, and interactive, in various media. As a result, it is improve decision making processes. In this final project, DMAIC is selected as an approach for improvement, optimizing and stabilizing business processes. DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. The steps in DMAIC are problem definition, problem measurement, analyze existing and to be processes, improve the processes, and control by evaluate the result of implementation. To identify, validate and select root cause, via root cause analysis, Fishbone Diagram, the top potential root causes are selected. The top problem is then analyzed for the solutions. In this project, qualitative analysis approach is selected. The qualitative analysis is in form of Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Unlike quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis focus on non-numerical data. In addition, to select key corporate performance indicators, the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method is used. This method ranked all indicators based on the certain criteria and weight. Corporate performance report is needed to be displayed real time and accurate, in various media, such as desktop, mobile devices, and so on. IPC chooses dashboard platform to display corporate performance report. Dashboard is able to visualize corporate indicators attractively. Solution by Tableau is selected based on some considerations. Tableau is able to handle connection through collaboration, rich interactive visualizations, easy to use, and able to handles large amounts of data. In conclusions, this final project objective is IPC have integrated corporate performance reporting database. The corporate performance report is real time and accurate. It is published in form of dashboard in various media, such as computer desktop, mobile devices, and so on. This dashboard is called Integrated Business Dashboard to Monitor Corporate Performance at Indonesia Port Corporation (IPC)/PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero). This is to support business decision making in no time, as accurate as possible.
