Summary:The needs of living in Bandung are one of the most concern things that needs to seek in the past few years. With the increasing populations and decreasing the land is one of the main factors that must be a concern for expanding some housing. Futhermore, with the increasing of recreations in Bandung makes many local tourists and even international tourists was very excited to come. For that reason the purpose of Apartment and Retail Bumi Soméah can be a selector for housing and culinary, and even for recreations in Bandung. The design process of this project needs to be done in detail in order to achieve its function optimally. The design of Apartment and Retail Bumi Soméah arranged by a few aspects such as, structural works, geotechnical works, construction engineering works, and water resources works. In this paper, an aspect that wants to be design is water resources works. There are three main works in this aspect, such as river analyzed, drainage network design, and Rainwater Harvesting design (RWH), other than that there is a project budget draft for water resources works. First things first, there is hydrological analysis to be done to get flood water discharge for analyzing the conditions of existence river, if that condition can’t be fulfill that must be redesign the river. For the further there are drainage networks analysis, there are a few works that had to be designed such as, roof drainage networks, fourth floor drainage networks, podium drainage networks, and ground floor drainage networks. This networks analysis arranged by rain runoff discharge affected by rainfall. In the last analysis, there is rainwater harvesting (RWH), works to be designed and analyzed is demand and supply water volume by rainfall, the determination of PDAM supply, and rainwater tank design (RWT). Other than that, there is a project budget draft for water resources works.
