Along with the development of business in the era of industrial and disruptive economies, HOCI management received a mandate from HC Asia management to initiate agility transformation initiatives like other branches in the world that have implemented agility. From its inception, HOCI management used a traditional organization with a functionally oriented structure. The urgency of agility should occur with this functional structure, mainly the functions involved in an innovative product development project. Many constraints have an impact on project progress, such as delays in product delivery to customers. For that reason above and the demand from HOC Asia, the HOCI renewed its business strategy. This research aims to determine how product innovation in financial technology processes in line with traditional organizations' reform to become agile organizations. This research also discusses issues related to process and workforce improvement in terms of applying agility to their job performance, both team performance and the performance of the entire organization during the transition to an agile organization. The product innovation referred to in this research is a financial product in the form of a credit card. The organizational innovation referred to is the formation of an Agile Team that applies the Scrum method to the process framework implemented through the Kanban board. Agile team formation transforms the learning pattern of the workforce. The objective methodological is to focus on a qualitative method to get a reliable analysis. The parameters used are observation in the Agile team, an interview process by several employees involved in the organizational changes, and a discussion process by several Squad teams using the "Health Check Model" methodology adopted from the Spotify model. The result of this study regarding agile transformation is HOCI, as an agile organization implements the agile way of working to conclude the findings categories (people, process, and environment). The limitation of the working area only focuses on delivery that involves IT and business because this study discussed the new financial product development process. For future research, the author suggests reaching from other work stations related to communication to the customer and internal working in the support organization. Aims to know the agile transformation in the whole company that will find new impact factors not just from the cultural leadership and mindset change. Related to the assessment of Squad Team, the author elaborates indicators as a new reference to the Health Check Model with the references of several results of previous research. Therefore, the complete results of this study can consider as a solution to the challenges faced in the transformation of agile organizations in PT. HOCI. The other factors listed in the implementation plan based on the research results form the basis for proposals to management to form an overall agile working pattern in the company. text
