Summary:This research aims to identify risks associated with the transmission tower supply chain so that the risk-based strategy can be determined for the transmission construction business of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data used are primary data and secondary data. In this research, internal environment analysis and external environment analysis carried out to explain the industry's conditions and the company's business. External environment analysis uses the PESTLE Analysis to determine the external factors that affect the transmission construction business conditions. The internal environmental analysis uses Vertical Industry Value Chain and Supply Chain Mapping to find out the parties involved in the supply chain and transmission construction business processes. The company's business condition used to analyze supply chain risks in transmission construction using stages in the Supply Chain Risk Management Process (SCRMP) through Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results of this research indicate that there are nine risk categories and twenty-seven potential failure modes in the transmission tower supply chain of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk in the transmission construction business. There are twelve potential failure modes classified as vital few categories based on Pareto analysis. Based on the Urgency and Importance matrix and Action Priority matrix, that the appropriate risk-based strategy for the transmission tower supply chain of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk in the transmission construction business uses Internal Benchmarking, Integrated IT Systems, Collaborative Planning Forecasting Replenishment (CPFR) and Just-In-Time Scheduling.
