The probblem of transpotation facility and infrastructure of a city frequently raises imbalances between the hope and reality in a city, one of the trips that may exist is the production and attraction trip in an office area. Similarly, this also happens in a new town Tigaraksa, which plays the role as capitol city of a new district.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
The removal of office activities to the new town Tigaraksa will of course havesome implications towards the production and attraction trip. This study is aimed to gain the model of production and attraction traffic which connects the level of resulted trip to the characteristic of the study are find out the factor that influences the purpose of the people\'s come and factor of the mode\'s choice by the district government employees to Tigaraksa.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
The resut of the chi-square test shows that the purpose of the people\'s come to district government institution is influenced by the types of work (occupation), the distance from the institution to the public transportation-stop, the institution location and the mode\'s choice.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
As for thefactors influencing the choice of working mode to Tigaraksa bythe district government employees are: residence location, income level and the level of car\'s ownership.<p align=\"jsutify\"> <br />
The model of production and attraction the resulted can beseen in table 1. The model was obtained by the multiple tinier regression approach.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
