Society hub-based Information and Technology Boarding Vocational High School is a fictitious project that simulated built at Jalan Kolonel Ahmad Syam No.129, Desa Cikeruh, Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat. This project designed on 12000 m2 contoured site with one meter declined every 14 meters. Vocational High School chose based on Kabupaten Sumedang people’s last formal education statistic record that shows they are mainly last graduated from Vocational High School. Information and Technology department chose based on the idea to compromises with government program which is enhancing the Vocational High School’s quality that in lined with present industry. Then, the reason behind society hub theme is to change stigma about students in technology and information department that tends to be anti-social. This school can be occupied by up to 525 students with all boarding system that means every student must be boarded at school. In school areas there are seven building masses; an Administration Building, three School Buildings, a Common Building, two Dormitories, and a Mosque. These buildings consist of three to four floors. The concepts of these buildings are in harmony with surrounding, so the roofs are gable-shaped with reduction at the edges. The structures system is post and lintel with concrete beams and columns. The unity could be seen by the uniform building façade and roofs. Society hub theme was applied in communal spaces that spread in school areas; at School Buildings, Dormitories, Common Building, Parks, and connecting corridors.
