| Summary: | This final project explains about structural design of Bumi Someah Apartment and Retail. This building is located in Bandung, West Java, consisting of two towers with total height of 39 meters (10 stories with roof) and basement with a depth of 7 meters (2 stories). Both towers are being connected by 3 floors podium. The main function of this building is residential, commercial, and office. The main material for the structure is reinforced concrete which is designed to be earthquake-resistant using Special Moment Resisting Frames (SRPMK) system with dilatation that based on code such as SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013, dan SNI 2847:2013. The objectives of this final project are to create stucture models, determine the dimensions of structural elements, to check structure performance, and determine the detail of reinforcement for the main structure. ETABS 2017 is the software that is being used for structural modelling, design, and analysis.
