One of the activities carried out by this institution is monitoring the incidence of disease cases based on Monthly Type 1 Reports (LB-1) which are collected from the Regional Technical Implementation Unit in the form of a Puskesmas (Community Health Center). Until now, LB-1 reporting has been carried out using the Regional Health Information System (SIKDA Generic). Through this system, the health office then downloads the LB-1 file with the .xls format. In this way, the authors identify the problems that arise, namely the limitations of the Generic SIKDA in communicating data, the complexity of delivering information, the limited information that can be observed, and the need for different access rights in data editing. Meanwhile, a research journal written by Fisher et al. (2011) states that presenting data using maps can provide more meaning than presenting with tables on the same data. Based on the identification results, the authors then developed a web application-based GIS capable of reading, diversifying, and storing LB-1 data to overcome the limitations of SIKDA in data communication; select and map certain types of data according to the user's wishes to simplify the complexity of LB-1 data delivery; display an aggregation diagram to solve the limited information on LB-1 data; and provides 2 user roles to limit user access. To determine the success of each feature developed, the authors tested the functionality using the blackbox testing method which was carried out by the author as a developer and 4 testers. Based on testing by the examiner, the writer obtained feedback which was then used to follow up so as to produce a conclusion in the form of 6 of the 6 features developed that can function according to the expected criteria. text
