However, the positive growth is unable to visualize the real performance of business. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">The result internal approach to the financial indicators, operational and administration, reveal that the performance of business activity in three year still on underdevelop. This performance related with human resources disadvantage, less using of stakeholders potential, and increasing of substitution competitor threat, government distortion role and economic crisis effect. The condition of business is an important signal to improve the performance in the future, and it can be started by making formulation strategy <br /> <p align=\"justify\">Base on SWOT analysis instrument, is resulted defensif management for non negotiate cargo freight, maintanance management for economy and local class, and aggressive management for business class, executive class, Jabotabek class, and negotiate cargo freight The management for each business base on strategy formulation in PAKAL matrix. In generic strategy perspective, overall cost leadership to increase each business performance is recommended. In the meantime, growth vector context for market-product, market penetration strategy must be implemented to economy class, local class, and non-negotiate cargo freight. In business class, executive class, Jabotabek class, and negotiate cargo freight, using market development strategy is more relevan. Investment attraction and the strength of each business, result that for economy and local class placed on selectivity position. While, for business class, Jabotabek class, and negotiate freight cargo, be located in selective growth position. The position of executive class is investment growth, and non-negotiate cargo freight be located in harvest l divest position. <br /> <br /> <br /> text |
