The establishment of this facility was motivated by the difficulties of women who were victims of violence from both the section and physical and also lacked information about the community where to report the incident, and also handling recovery from psychological. Therefore necessary facilities are needed, needed and given training. This facility will be a shelter for those who cannot be accepted or feared. The issues raised in the project design resulted in comfortable and safe shelter for women victims of violence and children, so that they were not ostracized by the community. With this, it is necessary to empower women. The establishment of this facility aims to provide and provide mental and mental health protection from victims of female violence by using environmental elements of healing in the healing process. The main activity that took place in this design was the rehabilitation and handling of victims of female violence. So there are handlers from several technical such as spiritual, psychological, medical and legal channels. Because there are a number of factors that need improvement, handling that requires is very necessary. Depending on the type that occurs and the level of patients who register at this place.
