Summary:Cibadak Buliding is a mixed use building consisting of eleven floors of the main structure and two basements. In designing the building, a geotechnical design is needed so that the building can stand firmly and not collapse. Geotechnical design aims to determine the foundation design and retaining wall design that can meet the needs of the building so that the building does not collapse. In the design of foundations and retaining walls, soil data derived from field investigations in the form of SPT and CPT and laboratory tests are used. Joint reaction data from the ETABS program are also used to determine the force acting on the foundation. The programs used in this design are PLAXIS, LPILE, ETABS, Group, and SPCOLUMN. The retaining wall that will be used in Cibadak Bulding is a diaphragm wall with a depth of 12 meters from the ground surface. The foundation that will be used is the bored pile foundation with a depth of 22 meters. There are two groups of piles, namely A2 with a two-pile configuration and A3 with a four-pile configuration.
