Specifically, on health data, visualization in the form of maps is needed to get a relationship between events and the regional situation and the direction of the distribution. Unfortunately, access to information is generally only done intensively when extraordinary events occur. Therefore, this final project aims to develop an application for health data visualization which are beneficial to the community. The health data used is the Health Center (Puskesmas) Monthly Report 1 (LB-1) from the Bandung City Health Office. Each report contains the aggregate of diagnosis result data from each area of the health center with groupings based on disease cases, age, and gender. In this final project, the data will be visualized in various forms, especially mapping, so that the application needs to be able to access the base map for data mapping, access, and process user locations to provide relevant information, perform data filtering based on the properties of the data, display dashboard to show visualizations without a map, and receive notifications for the latest information. The Android platform was chosen as the platform to carry out this final project because it is widely used by the community and can meet all the desired needs. Development was carried out in Android Studio by accessing OpenStreetMap for the base map, using a client-server architecture, accessing Android device locations, and using Firebase Cloud Messaging to handle notifications. Evaluation is carried out by application testing by the general people. Participants conduct experiments independently and fill out the questionnaires online. The test result states that the application functionality runs 95% and the usability of the application gets a score of 5.47 with the highest score is 7. From the results of these tests, some problems are fixed, including the main page of the application, filters, dashboard, internet connections handler, and additional visualization of disease clusters. text
