To build human capital can be done by knowing the results of the job satisfaction survey. This study has several objectives first to determine the effect of the working environment on employee performance of Professional Staff at Institut Teknologi Bandung. Second, knowing the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance of Professional Education at Institut Teknologi Bandung. While the third objectives are to prove the effect of job satisfaction as a moderating variable between the working environment on employee performance of Professional Education at Institut Teknologi Bandung. To conduct the research, 312 of Professional Education from the Bandung Institute of Technology were collected. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires by employing a 5-Likert scale. To simplify data processing, the variables are grouped into three main variables. Firstly, employee performance as a dependent variable. Secondly, the working environment as an independent variable. Lastly, job satisfaction as a moderating variable. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis. While hypothesis testing is tested using a z-test. The first hypothesis testing results found that the work environment has not a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the second hypothesis testing found that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The third hypothesis testing results found that the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable of Professional Education at Institut Teknologi Bandung
