Summary:PT PLN (Persero) is an Indonesian state-owned enterprise which focuses on the electricity business. In 2019 the company culture will focus on developing a human resource management system. To achieve this goal the company tries to create a concept of happiness in the workplace that is currently popular among the millineal generation. According to some experts, happiness at work is important because it can increase employee productivity, keep employees healthy so they can reduce health costs, reduce employee turn-over, reduce fatigue, and increase employee engagement. Psychosocial conditions of employees show the impact on happiness at workplace. The purpose of this research is to see a comprehensive picture of the employee happiness index. This study also aims to determine the psychosocial dimensions that have a high correlation to increase happiness in the workplace, so that programs can be designed to increase employee happiness at work. Data is collected by giving survey respondents using OHQ and COPSOQ instruments. The number of respondents in this study was 1000 respondents. The validity test results show that all instrument items have alpha values <0.05 and R count> R table (0.062), meaning that both instruments are valid. Cornbach’s alpha reliability test results, OHQ instrument has a score of 0.721, which means good reliability. While the COPSOQ instrument, there are 29 dimensions which have a score> 0.6. The results of the Person Correlation test showed that 3 dimensions of COPSOQ had a high correlation with happiness in the workplace. The results of the T-Test and F-Test show the dimensions of Sense of Community at work, Meaning of work, and Job Satisfaction, affecting the workplace partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of data analysis, the researchers proposed a program to increase workplace happiness, namely Flexible Benefit, Company Retreat, and Improving Company Facilities
