They are also expected to be get to use strategies served to exploit optimally entire their owned resources. The exploitation is carried out through daily activities of corporate referring to values and belief called Corporate Culture. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">The objective of this study is to find out potential of the Corporate Culture at Sub Direktorat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (5DM) of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) and impact of it on organizational Effectiveness. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">In this case, the culture of any corporate is looked at from concepts of involvement, concistency, adaptability, and mission. While the organizational effectiveness, of course, refer to organizational climate, job design, leadership, work group, and behavioral outcome. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">This Study use a verificative method. Data used are primary and secondary one, that are, its collection by interviews, quesionaries, and literature studies. Hypothesis of this study has indicate that the stronger of the corporate culture, the higher of the organizational effectiveness as well. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">In addition, this study use statistic examination of non-parametric using Rank Spearman correlation, distributing of 42 quesionaries to all of existing section at Sub Direktorat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). <br /> <p align=\"justify\">As a result of such study has shown that potential of the Corporate Culture have positive or same direction linkage to the organizational effectiveness. Concept of the Corporate Culture with highest outcome is in concept of mission. It is meant the corporate has applied appropriate policies to reach given goals. Both accuracy and application of the policies are also most effect the organizational effectiveness. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">The strong Corporate Culture being comprehension and similar frame of thinking on values and belief followed by corporate is basic capital as is important part and support success of organization. Therefore, the power of the Corporate Culture need to be held and continously improvement. text |
