As an organization, hospital is quite a complex set of problems because of numbers of parties involved. With their various interests, hospital management would face a lot of obstacles in fulfilling employees\' needs, balancing contradictive demands, especially in achieving their level of satisfaction. Policies taken to solve the obstacles would have wide effects on their performance for society.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Hospital employees are also hospital users and objects of hospital management services. Almost every service dimensions which used to measure customer satisfaction could be seen as parameters to the employee satisfaction as well (responsiveness, communication, tangibles, etc).<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Policies taken by Human Resource Division (HRD) such as promotion, mutation, and even lay off, is based on employee\'s work achievement which very closely link to his level of satisfaction with his job. Job satisfaction affects employee attitude. Employee attitudes are important to management because they affect organizational behavior. Although research have not yet defined what kind exactly the outcomes of job satisfaction, but there are positive relationships between satisfaction and productivity, satisfaction and turnover, also satisfaction and absenteeism. |
