Summary: | <b></i>Abstract : </b><i><p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Inferential statistics is statistics to make decision in a research using parametric or nonparametric statistical procedures. <br />
<p align=\"justify\"> Parametric tests require rigid assumptions such as normal distribution, large samples and high level measurement scales. Nonparametric tests are still valid although the assumptions are not rigid. In nonparametric tests, the data can be any distribution and don\'t require high level measurement scales. <br />
<p align=\"justify\"> A software is developed in this thesis to perform statistical calculation based on nonparametric statistical procedures. Some nonparametric procedures included are procedures using 1-sample, 2-independent samples, 2-dependent samples, k-independent samples and k-dependent samples. <br />
<p align=\"justify\"> Nonparametric statistical calculation started by selecting a procedure and hypothesis type that will be applied. Then test statistic is computed. The test statistic result compared with table value producing acceptance or rejection of hypothesis. <br />
<p align=\"justify\"> Data Flow Diagram using Coad-Yourdon notation is applied in the software development. Borland C-H-Builder for Windows 95 is used for code implementation. <br />
