Summary:Referring to the basic needs of every human being, there are sandang (clothing), pangan (food) and papan (house), there is one of the three needs, which is papan (house) requires a long time in the purchase process with the consideration that must be mature. There are so many factors that affect every human being when choosing a housing. There are internal factors (within oneself), and also external (housing developers, families, other customers). Therefore many housing developers compete with each other to give the best and provide what is desired by potential shoppers so that it can generate interest in each mind of the customer, raise some expectations and get perceptions and preferences by themselves and from other customers. One of the housing developers who are doing that is CV. Fahri Putra Mandiri. Engaged in the field of developer/contractor/builder makes this company continue to strive to provide the best to customers. This research was built to conduct analysis related to customer satisfaction from CV. Fahri Putra Mandiri by providing initial assumptions that shopper (personal) interest in shopper sub-factors, as well as shopper expectations when choosing occupancy, supported by quality and service experience that are supporting factors of consumer perceptions and preferences will have a positive influence on satisfaction from the customer. By using the PLS-SEM method, this study succeeded in getting data about the main factor of our consumers choosing a property, it is a shopper's habits in the sub-factor of shopper interest. It is expected that companies will be able to see patterns from the results of data obtained to develop existing housing or build new housing
