The development of technology in Indonesia is openly accepted with increasingly close to everyday life. The technology has now offered from many local innovations, this based on technology business known as startups. This creative sector also dominates the productive age of 68% of the total population in Indonesia, with 95,27% of them are cockroach-type startups. In 2018, it reached 992 total, with a 39,7% dominance in JABODETABEK. Although it gives a big advantage to the government increasing an independent state economy, there is also negative impacts, facing directly to these startups by finances and increasing population in the megacity. For Startups, a house that should be a primary need, ignored by the rent of workspace that bears life. On the other hand, their workspace is not the same as what usually needed in a common business office. Meanwhile, the concept of residential has evolved in function as a fulfilment of higher needs such as the economy. This concept is known as Home-Office. The double benefit of implementing Home-Office to Apartments will reduce profitable expenses for startups. So for their needs and problems considerations, this home-office apartment in Serpong will approach of the most appropriate interior design application for the Y-generation cockroach-type startups.
