Kereta Api (Persero) that give priority to optimalize the company's asset for obtaining a high profit without balanced with the maintenance of roilingstocks and infrastructures as well to the decrease of performance and service quality provided. <br /> <br /> In addition, the expectation of the users of railway service desired that there are some responsiveness, reliability and security for the service given by P.T. Kereta Api (Persero) is less provided with some attention from the party of the company's management. <br /> <br /> A review to the global problems faced by the managerial party of P.T. Kereta Api (Persero) is necessarily conducted for improvement for guaranting the company's survival as well as it is obtained a policy of company's management that meet the hope of all parties. text
