On global index development retail, Indonesia placed at the 5th position. Almost all of Indonesian citizens’ selling-buying activities in retail sector. As we knowh that a lot of store kinds have been visited by Indonesian citizen to fulfill daily needs. They are moms-pops stores and virtual stores. Nowadays citizens use to voucher as a payment method. Voucher is other shape of money. Usually vouchers have been given as a gift of marketing activity that is promotion. Own voucher is more safe that money because people do not need go to the ATM or banking to draw it so that have less risk. This study examine voucher’s sale of PT. Prima Harapan Distrindo. The value of revenue is quite big enough but it is not of net profit margin. Qualitative method and analysis used to identify the current issues even internal or external impact. World has been attacking by Covid-19. It gave impact to revenue and profit of PT. Prima Harapan Distrindo. Revenue was change significantly increasing and decreasing. The result shown that need increasing internal improvement faster. Core business is not one and only the way to fix and sustain current condition. More opportunities that relate to technology can be captured and attempted by PT. Prima Harapan Distrindo due to Covid-19. Alliance with IT company is needed to sustain business’ life. Increasing of net profit margin by spin-off the company as a subscriber of renting machines, equipments and also services for promotion matters. text
