Unfortunately, they often experience various difficulties in accessing the internet due to the difficulty of accessing the contents, which are mostly graphic and text contents. This final project’s outcome is a web browser prototype designed specifically for people with low vision which provides website accessing experience with customized interactions. The design is built using usercentered design methodology that focuses on user needs. The result of the final project is highfidelity prototype on desktop devices. This prototype consists of web browser interaction and interface as well as changing the interface and navigation methods of the websites accessed. Usability testing is done to the target users in accordance with the specified persona. Implementation and testing are carried out in two iterations, with expected usability and user experience goals which are effective to use, easy to use, helpful, and satisfying. The test uses analysis of SUS, SEQ, task completion rate, likert scale, and participant opinions. The test results show that the prototype successfully solved the found usability problem and achieved the expected goals. From the test it was concluded that a good web browser design for low vision is a design whose features are accessible with shortcuts, and has text-to-speech for easy access. The interface is designed according to WCAG rules with a high contrast color scheme and adjustable text size. Meanwhile, a good website navigation system is the one that can jump directly to the desired element, and the website interface is also accessible which follows the principles used in the web browser interface. text
