Cooperative is an institution that has a role in developing and empowering a national economy based on kinship principle. Cooperative is also part of the economic structure. It means that cooperative is always take a part in forming a prosperous economy not only for the cooperative members but also for society. However, it cannot be denied that a cooperative always has some existed classic problems. That problems such as lack of enthusiasm from society, limited resource, especially human resource, inactive members, and limited capital in cooperative. Fortunately, cooperative is not a type of institution that has no opportunities. The utilization of various technologies can help the cooperative to support the business that focused on universality like lending and market services for cooperative members. This final project describes about a solution to help the cooperative through technologies utilization. The design tells about forming digital cooperative that allows cooperative provides its services directly at anytime and anyplace with the focus of this development stage in credit and saving cooperative. Method for developing digital cooperative using digital transformation framework in this occasion. This method provides a brief explanation for transforming the certain business line into digital through a framework. The result of this final project is a digital cooperative design. This design is adopted from how a startup works and place it on the business model canvas. In addition, the test result from lending specific features in the digital cooperative prototype goes well.
