Based on the Board of Directors' decision that the company plans to expand by adding several branches every year, so that the target number of students, income, and the number of employees needs also increases in branches such as branch manager, consumer service, educator or operational staff. This company has a rapid growth in the students number every year, from just 42 students in 2007, to more than 4000 students in 2018. This research used a mix of quantitative and qualitative approaches, with the aim of knowing the effect of scientific data and the experience of employees or management in the company, so that the results obtained are more convincing. In addition to not achieve revenue targets, one very clear problem is their ineffective training and development methods. In other to achieve its vision, companies need an ongoing process in how they manage employees, especially educators. Improving the competency of qualified educators is a difficult and complex process, moreover making them able to realize the companies vision. The analysis of the business issue and results discussion that Blended learning can significanly improve educator competence such as social competence, professional competence and pedagogic competence. Currently Edulab has implemented several components of a blended learning model for training and development for educators. In accordance with Chaeruman's opinion about the five keys in implementing the use of the blended learning model. text |
