Collaborative working styles in coworking spaces certainly require more attention for users, especially on the acoustic aspects of space. However, it is unfortunate that there are not many studies on the acoustic conditions of space in the coworking space itself. This final project aims to identify ideal acoustic conditions in the coworking space and provide a model for improvements that will be suggested based on the problems that occur. The soundscape approach is used to determine the ideal acoustic conditions in the coworking space. This approach is carried out by online surveys and field surveys in coworking 28. The online survey aims to identify dominant perceptions in the coworking space which is carried out by distributing questionnaires and field surveys aim to evaluate user perceptions of coworking space in coworking 28 by distributing questionnaires, observation and distribution sound source. The questionnaire result data will be processed using main component analysis. Acoustic condition simulation is conducted to see the acoustic condition of the coworking space in coworking 28 using the CATT application. Furthermore, an analysis of acoustic conditions is carried out to provide suggestions and improvements as needed. Repair simulation is carried out to improve acoustic conditions based on the results of user perception assessment and simulation results of coworking space. The online survey shows 3 perceptions of acoustic conditions that are dominant in coworking spaces, namely: noise perception, privacy perception, and dynamics. This shows that the comfort aspects due to noise and privacy aspects are the main things that need to be considered in the acoustic conditions in the coworking space. From the results of the field survey, it was found that the voices that were considered disturbing were the voices of vehicles (50%) and the voices of people speaking (20%). This shows that there is a noise problem that comes from the sound of the vehicle and the voice of people talking, while the privacy problem comes from the voice of the person speaking. For simulation of acoustic conditions in coworking 28, it is obtained rD = 7.24 m and Lp, A, S, 4 m = 58.95 dbA. The values of rD and Lp, A, S, 4 m from coworking space in coworking 28 do not meet the good conditions in ISO 3382-3: 2012 standards. Recommendations for improvement to reduce vehicle noise are carried out by closing the main door of the coworking space and to increase privacy caused by the voice of people speaking, repairs are made by providing a 1-sided partition or dividing between tables in the coworking space 28. Repair design 1 uses a curtain rD = 4,119 m and Lp, A, S, 4 m = 46.79 dbA, design 2 giving the distraction glass screen rD = 6.32 m and Lp, A, S, 4 m = 53.31 dbA. Based on the results of the experiment, giving curtains as a divider between tables produces good acoustic conditions and is in accordance with ISO 3382-3: 2012 standards of distraction distance <5 and SPLA <48 dBA. text
