Based on the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals required to use of renewable energy that are environmentally friendly, affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy. The objective of this study is to evaluate the overall spatiotemporal solar panel installation potential in the Southeast Asia region to support the zero hunger goal target. Solar panel systems convert incident solar radiation (SR) into electric power which can be utilized for useful applications such as pumping ground water. Furthermore, it can be used for irrigating agricultural areas. In this study, the region with high population, low electricity, and underutilized irrigated cropland was chosen as a case study. It is necessary to determine the right location to construct solar panel to eradicate rural hunger issues by integrating multi-data. Data used for analysis solar panel sites suitability level are solar panel power output potential, ground water potential, population density, night light, electricity, cropland type, and crop water demand. The process is carried out by integrating these data and scoring on each parameter in order to obtain the suitable sites for solar power installations. The results of this process proposed five agreement levels for this analysis. The result showed that one of sites with the highest suitability level is the site in central of East Java. text
