Summary:Bandung is known for its artistic and cultural development. This development is shown by the increasing number of performing arts communities present. Therefore, an area is needed to preserve culture and become a meeting place for art connoisseurs and artists. Bandung Philharmonic as an orchestral community often collaborates and creates collaborative programs with various performing arts communities in Bandung. However, so far these activities have been carried out in hotels and in public places. Therefore, an area is needed for the Bandung Philharmonic and the arts community to collaborate and provide art education to the public. The project is located on Jalan Pasteur and the design area is privately owned with a land area of 22,306.94 m² (206 m x 108 m). The name of this project is Sabumisae which means one good house. One good house in the sense of collaboration between local arts and modern arts. The concept applied is a building with a tropical modern appearance that seems light, with the creation of flexible spaces. The shape of the roof that is produced is also a marker for the entrance to the city of Bandung. The resulting spaces are attached to the amphitheater so that their use is more flexible and blends with the site. There is a community workshop room, movement and dance room, small auditorium, main auditorium, and management room. Each function of the building is also supported by the presence of service rooms. The main structure of the building uses concrete, but in the auditorium that requires a wide span structure, steel material is used as a beam. In the master plan that was designed, there were 3 different masses
