Description
Summary:Abstrak
Water pollution is one kind of environmental damages which often happens. Self purification may be conducted by organism living in water body until certain period limit Water plants is a kind organism which can utilize the polhtant Among several pollutants, color essence can not be use by water plants in its -living cycle. Dye influences in harming the enviroment is urging as a searcher to do experiments by using other organism that is microorganism from polluted area.

.Rhizosfer microbe is a gmiqu of microorganism which live at the root of plants. This group of microorganism also live at the root of Water Hyacinth (Eichhomia cras pes). By using rhizosfer microbe from washed water of Water Hyacinth\'s roots, batch process is conducted with synthetic dye known as C. I. Acid Blue 113. The process in vanishing color is being observed by spectrophotometer at optimum wave length, 563 nm. Beside that, declining of COD concentration and ammonium ion are also being observed during the experiments. Supplementary substrates used in vanishing process are glucose, peptone and KH2PO4. Dye vanishes in the amount of 89-99 %o for about 20 - 3500 mg/L C. L Acid Blue 113 given. COD concentration decreases very smut amount 4 -7 % but declining of ion antonium shows tendency in the same direction to the increase of dye concentration.
