Kampung Bandan railway station located at Mangga Dua VII Street, North Jakarta. This station is located on the back of building, such as malls, offices, and factory. This station is transit station which has elevated and ground-level tracks (split platform). The area of this station is 20.000m2, however the building area only 2.000 m2. Therefore in this project, this station will be extended to 6.000 m2. This project is station redevelopment whose has PT. KAI, PT.KAI is Indonesian railway company. Redevelopment is needed to increase capacity of the passenger, demand for airport train track and appropriateness station with surroundings. Thus in this project, the concept is urban oasis that can integrate many function with open green area as the main program and Hub as a public space. The result of the project is an issues response from site and building form. In the site program, there are three point as a base of programs, that is public space, green open space and accessible. In the building form, this station has 2 floor with open void on the center of building and origami roof as the icon of the station. Vertical system in the station using ramp, lift and escalator. This station has modern concept with monochrome colors and material exposes. Materials using steel for column, concrete, wood, metal, and sun reflector sheet roof. Hub function on this building can be seen with many plaza area, the main plaza is plaza ramp with ramp that become point of interest station.
