Permaculture Center is a facility that is used as a center for cultivation activities and a permaculture-based lifestyle. This Permaculture Center project is designed on a 2.8 Ha site located in Jayagiri, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. The design of this project is focused on several issues such as circulation, management and processing, atmosphere, also accessibility. The facilities designed in this project accommodate various interrelated functions, such as recreation, education, management and processing functions, recreation function is manifested in the form of restaurants and souvenirs as well as lodging, educational function is manifested in the form of a hall and workshop class, management function is manifested in the form of green houses and laboratories, and processing function is manifested in the form of production and processing rooms. The entire project design is divided into 2 zones which are differentiated based on access to and from these facilities, namely the private zone and the public zone. The emergence of the idea for this project was based on the spirit of bringing about big changes through the concept of permaculture as an innovation that can be applied in the cultivation of agricultural products until the processing stage. This idea is also supported by the condition of Bandung City, especially Lembang District, which has great potential to achieve this permaculture concept in terms of climate and land conditions. By presenting the Permaculture Center facility, it is hoped that it can become a new learning medium for the people of West Java, especially Bandung City in understanding permaculture and improving the quality of food production also growing the economy of the tourism sector in Bandung City.
