| Summary: | Sukabumi city is a city that is rich in natural recreational place. But sadly, the access to Sukabumi is not that easy, it drives the government to make an airport. The construction of the airport is located between Cikembar and Cimanggu village, it aims to decrease the discrepancy that is happening in South West Java. This area is rich in scenery, natural temperature, dan it is far from city density that may increase stress. By responding to it, the concept of airport terminal that will be appointed in this project is "Sambutan Sukabumi" so that this airport can be a place of introduction for visitors. The apporach that is being used is a locality approach that is consider is the identity of the traditional Sukabumi building. Then the whole concept can be packed modernly in to the airport terminal design with consideration of the main issue which is the identity of Sukabumi City, zoning, and the circulation to achieve orientation facilities. |
