to support the growth of information technology (IT) and creative industries through the synergy of
academic, business, and government sectors. The Digital Hub project provide facilities for the
industries residing in Bandung Teknopolis to prosper. The facility offers rentable office space along
with other supporting typologies such as retail space, convention, and exhibition room.
The Digital Hub occupies a 5.618 m2
lot located in Jalan Sentra Raya Barat, Summarecon
Bandung Gedebage. It is located in the middle of urban district projected for a bustling business centre
within the Bandung Teknopolis development. The Digital Hub embraces workplace wellbeing
approach as its concept. The method is based on the worker's burnout issue, a problem closely related
to the IT industry. The workplace wellbeing approach prioritize the wellbeing and mental condition of
its occupant by providing a comfortable and cheerful working environment. There are three main
attributes for workplace wellbeing: the ambience, the association between activity and space
functions, and the embodiment of community identity in the work environment. It results in excellent
spatial quality, both outdoor and indoor, and effectively improves the wellbeing of its workers. The
implementation is done through strategies like generating social spaces, providing breakout room,
optimum utilization of vista, user activity tailored features, and the abundance workspace variations.
