Summary:PT Akselerasi Edukasi Internasional or better known as Halofina has a new business line that was formed in 2019. This line is a project line with the aim of introducing Halofina as Robo Advisor to companies as well as to increase revenue for Halofina. In working on projects, Halofina uses the Scrum method. However, Halofina does not know whether the use of Scrum has been implemented correctly or not. The Scrum Body of Knowledge is a guideline for implementing Scrum and is used in this study to map Halofina's business processes and provide suggestions if there are business processes that have not been carried out by Halofina. There were six business process proposals for Halofina which consisted of determining backlog criteria, determining user stories criteria, estimating the effort of each user story, committed user stories, estimating effort for each task, and tracking the progress of the project plan. In addition to clarified business processes, guidelines are needed to ensure that the mapped business processes can be carried out properly. GQM (Goal, Question, Metric) is a method that can be used to help form these guidelines. GQM maps from a conceptual to a more technical level for guiding the performance of the project. Metrics obtained from GQM are then sorted based on weight and then a cut-off process performed using fuzzy AHP and Pareto. There are 6 metrics for Business Development, 7 metrics for Product Owner, and 6 metrics for Tech Team. The results of the business process mapping as well as the measurable metrics are formed into Metrics Development Plan as a guide for Halofina in future project implementation.
