Clean water needs must be fulfilled by every building. Planning for a clean water distribution system in a building must meet the minimum water flow and pressure required. The source of water used in the design of clean water plumbing systems at the Conventional Apartment in Cilebut, Bogor is PDAM water and recycled water from rainwater and greywater. Rainwater and greywater treatment will be carried out separately and water tanks for recycling water and PDAM will be carried out separately to avoid contamination. PDAM water will be used to meet the needs of nonflushing and fire systems while recycled water will be used to meet flushing needs. From the calculation results, the total need for clean water is 169,31 m3 / day. The number of water tanks used is 4 units with 2 ground tanks and 2 roof tanks. The ground tank volume is 42,35 m3 and 1 m3while the volume for the roof tank is 79,56 m3 and 2,99 m3. Booster pumps are used on the sixth and fifth floors of clean water pipes and recycled water pipes with pump heads of 3.5 m and 5 m respectively to increase pressure. For the needs of the fire system will be designed to use hydrants and sprinklers with a total of 14 units and 730 units, respectively.
