Business process modeling is important in requirements engineering because it helps as a tool to have deeper understanding in the business process, detect any problems, and improve the business process. Current available systems have several limitations such as limitation in business process elements and requirements engineering methods that doesn’t fit with small business process. In this research, the methods for requirements engineering using business goals, current business process, business process templates, future business process, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements. This research focuses in processing industry Small and Medium Enterprises (SME). This research has some assumptions, such as the software developers are assumed to understand Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and only one BPMN drawn. Business process elements are curated for SME to be easily used. The final result from this system is a document which contains compilation from elements that have inputted so it can be basis for the new project. The application interface designed to be intuitive so it can be used for both business owner and software developer. This application also handles project approval mechanism. From the test, this system is usable for business owner and software developer. From the questionnaire, the system supports software requirements definition. From the testing, also obtained SUS score 83.3 out of 100 which shows that this system has good usability text |
