Property ownership in Indonesia must be able to have legal certainty, in this case the sign of legal certainty of property ownership is a certificate. The land administration system or often called a cadastre contains the interests of rights to land and apartments, which must contain rights, restrictions, and responsibilities. In a certificate of a flat in Indonesia, there is no measurement drawing, where a measuring image is a component of the certificate that explains the boundaries of land ownership or a flat. Therefore, in this research, a measuring drawing design is made to explain the boundaries of a flat unit with 3D projection. the method of making a measuring drawing design is to benchmark the existing measuring image and make a 3D model of a flat unit using distance data. Information technology that is currently developing is often used to create electronic systems with the hope of facilitating access to information. certificates in Indonesia are still in conventional form, namely print media.
