The study aims to make MSMEs food businesses aware of the power of digital payment to impact overall business functions including easier access to capital, effective marketing, time-efficiency in operation, and eliminating robbery. The key objective of this study is to encourage Indonesian government and digital payment providers to organize special effort for the adoption of digital payment in MSMEs food business sectors. The key finding of this study is it is crucial to understand the external and internal environment of the MSMEs food business before adopting digital payment. text |
