Summary:Knowledge sharing plays a significant role in Knowledge Management systems which currently experienced tremendously growth during the last decade. The concept of knowledge sharing cannot be separate from the Knowledge Management concept where many researcher highly be convinced by the significant function of the knowledge sharing in order to enhance the employee capacity and capability. The adoption of the knowledge management concept would be positive when the corporate embrace the knowledge with learning mechanism in such cases using corporate education and development, the traditional training center or Corporate University. Since this study is a comparative study however this research will illustrate the comparison of KM concept implementation through traditional training center and corporate university concerning on the execution of the KS solely. Qualitative exploratory method adopted in this research in order explore and finding new idea, opinion, phenomenon and particular symptom which the primary data were gathered from semi structured interview while the secondary data collected using observation and literature study. The findings in this research shows that implementation and adoption of KS through the KM system in the CUs plays significant role and for the TTC. Otherwise the implementations conducted totally different among respective enterprises, occur several reason that influence employee to share their knowledge which most expertise prefer to share caused by the plan of retirement. In order to compare KS implementation toward CUs and TTC in this research, author find quite significant differences for these enterprises.
