This building was built with the aim of maximizing land use in the Cibadak Street area, which is one of the centers for culinary tourism in Bandung. This building is designed to solve the problem of population density and congestion in the Cibadak street area due to shops on the side of the road. The scope of this final project generally includes making job identification, planning construction implementation methods, modeling and calculating the volume of work using Tekla Structure, preparing project scheduling based on productivity, and estimating project costs in detail for preparatory work, earthworks, substructure work, work upper structure, transportation and water works. The building construction process is divided into 2 phases of work based on predetermined zoning of work. Volume calculations are performed using the Tekla Structure application and manual calculations. Determination of the duration of work is carried out based on two factors, namely the lead resources of heavy equipment and labor. Detailed cost estimates are carried out using the unit price method based on SNI, Permen PU No. 28 of 2016 and the journal of unit prices in 2015. The construction project of the Fluid Architecture Bandung Building was carried out for 454 working days or 21 months starting from January 3, 2022 to September 28, 2023. The project's total Budget Plan (RAB) reached IDR 124,352,000,000, - with an estimated profit for the contractor of IDR 10,362,663,538. The building price reaches IDR 3,610,171 / m2. text
