Summary: | A healthy living is one of the trends for urban communities to improve the quality of life. Basically this is not only related to physical conditions, but also mental and social welfare. The development of the fashion industry is currently increasing demand for sportswear that can support this lifestyle trend.
Athleisure stands for athletic leisure, which is clothing intended for exercise, athleisure can be used for daily wear. Nowadays, there was no development of athleisure clothes with traditional Indonesian ornaments, so various motifs of Tapis Lampung were chosen. The manufacture of sportswear can not be separated from scuba neoprena material. Scuba neoprena was a family of synthetic rubbers produced by chloroprene polymerization. Scuba neoprena showed good chemical stability and maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range. In addition, sportswear can not be separated from the taslan parachute material which had specifications that were made of polyester with a rubber coating layer so that it was waterproof, medium thickness so that it was comfortable to wear, also windproof 95% so it was relatively comfortable to wear for outdoors, good combined with furing mesh or hygienic materials thin. Besides using mesh, mesh was a barrier made of fiber, or a flexible material that was interconnected. Mesh was similar to a jala because it had many strands woven. This soft, delicate fabric with tons of tiny holes had woven or knitted loosely to create a distinctive look and structure. |
