Government support on Rooftop PV regulation and program, decreases in solar panel price, public awareness and readiness on green and renewable energy, could potentially threaten PLN sales on electric energy supply to the customer. PLN business will disrupt by alternative electric energy production from Rooftop PV beside PLN conventional grid and distribution source. PLN revenue from electricity sales will be reduced, on the other hand, the growth of Rooftop PV increases exponentially, this will impact PLN business sustainability. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a business strategy for PLN to increase revenue from The Rooftop PV business by developing a business model. The research methodology used in writing the final project is a quantitative and qualitative method by analyzing the internal and external factors of PLN. This final project analyzes the Rooftop PV trend, PLN resource, and capabilities to determine the key factor that influences the development of the business model. The business model developed using several strategies; Ansoff matrix, Porter Generic Strategy, TOWS strategy, Business Model Canvas, and Blue Ocean Strategy. The result of this research is The rooftop PV Business model that can compete with the existing Rooftop PV business and maintain the sustainability of the electric energy business for PT PLN. text
