To keep survive in turbulent environment that happened in these days, an organization must have an ability to adapt on that kind of change. In other words, an organization has to become a learning organization (Hartanto, 1998). <br />
<p align=\"justify\">In learning organization, human will have a very important role, that is because the success of an organization will depend on its ability to use maximally all potencies of each and every individual for the welfare of the organization, in the form of organization virtual capital. <br />
<p align=\"justify\">The transformation process from human potencies to organization virtual capital is the main problem in this research, limited in the transformation process of individual intellectual potencies to team intellectual capitals. This transformation process will need a habitat to grow properly. Senge (1990) had introduced 5 learning disciplines which have the capability to act as a conducive habitat, if there are connections between one and the other discipline that would create a transformation path. These 5 disciplines are personal mastery, model mental, shared vision, system thinking, and team learning. The influence of the learning environment in the transformation process will be moderated by the existence of information systems, which have a complete systemical ability. <br />
<p align=\"justify\">The research objective is to prove that systemical completeness of information systems is indirectly affect the transformation process from individual intellectual potencies to team intellectual capitals by moderating the influence of learning environment. Based on empirical data that is collected from three most distinguished Indonesian companies, consisted of 57 work teams, this research proves that team intellectual capitals can be created from the individual intellectual potencies if the process is influenced by the existence of learning environment, supported with information systems which have a complete systemical ability. But the direct influence of a conducive learning environment in the transformation process can not be proved. This might happened because the quality of learning environment in these companies is not adequate. <br />
