Summary: | <b></i>Abstract :</b><i><p align=\"justify\"> <br />
An experiment has been conducted to study of Carbofuran pesticide residues in the andosol soil, root and leaf lettuce, degree of Carbon, Nitrogen, Phosphorus and soil pH, root and leaf weight. The experiment was caried out at green house within the Department of Biologi at the Institute of Technology Bandung from October 2000 up to Pebruary 2001. The experiment design was aranged in Randomized Complete Block Design with factorial pattern of 23 with two replication. The first factor was Carbofuran i,e: 0; 90 mg/kg soil. The second factor was Phosphorus i,e : 0; 900 mg/kg soil. The third factor was Lettuce i,e : 0; 1 tree/kg soil. Result of this experiment showed that : <br />
1. Phosphorus and Lettuce could decreased of Carbofuran residues in the soil andosol was 100% whereas without Phosphorus and Lettuce 28,61%. <br />
2. Phosphorus in the soil could increased of Carbofuran residues in the root was 8,7% and without Phosphorus decreased 79,55%. Whereas in the leaf increased was 54,12% and without Phosphorus 53,49%. <br />
3. Carbofuran, Phosphorus and Lettuce in the andosol soil effected to increase of Carbon degree, Nitrogen and Phosphorus on 14 days after aplication and could decreased on 28 days after aplication and decreased of soil pH on 14 days after aplication and could increased on 28 days after aplication. <br />
4. Carbofuran and Phosphorus in the andosol soil was effected to increase of root weight 30,38% and 38,25% of leaf weight compared without Cabofuran and Phosphorus. <br />
