Summary: | Clean water plumbing system is one of the building's sanitation technical requirements that must be met in the design of a building. In the planning, the need for clean water in the plumbing system will be divided into two types based on the water source, the non-flushing system and the flushing system. The non-flushing system will serve all plumbing devices in the building area except for the toilet and garden faucets and come from PAM BSD City. The flushing system will serve closet and garden faucets with secondary water sources in the form of water recycling generated from rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling. The amount of water demand in non-flushing and flushing systems is 245,7 m3 / day and 21,34 m3 / day. Distribution of clean water in the plumbing system will utilize a roof tank system where clean water will be collected first in the ground tank and then pumped to the roof tank and flowed to all plumbing devices in the building area. Clean water collection will be carried out separately between clean water from PAM BSD City and water from water recycling. The volume of the water tank used in the ground tank is 200 m3 and 187,5 m3 while the volume of the roof tank is 136,5 m3 , 4,5 m3, 16 m3 dan 8 m3. In addition to the clean water plumbing system, a fire system in the form of hydrant and sprinkler was also carried out with a total demand of 98 and 3247. |
