Summary:Bandung City as the capital of West Java is famous for its diverse tourism potential. One of the most popular tourism is culinary tourism. Cibadak area is known as one of the best culinary tourism spot in Bandung, even more so after Cibadak Culinary Night started to be held in 2014. Apart from culinary tourism spot, Cibadak area is also a strategic place to live because of its close distance from the center of Bandung City and public facilities such as Bandung Station and Paskal Hyper Square. Those reasons brought up the idea to build a mixed-use building in Cibadak area, Cibadak Style Hub. When designing a building, a sufficient drainage system is needed to prevent flooding. Drainage system designs must comply to Zero Delta Q Policy which means a building should not add additional flow to existing city drainage channels. The drainage system design refers to existing code in Indonesia. The drainage channels have half circle profile with varying dimensions according to their subcatchments. To fulfill the Zero Delta Q requirement and residents’ clean water needs, a rainwater harvesting system has been designed. The drainage channels and reservoir tank are connected by pipes. The volume of the water tank reservoir has been designed so that the system do not have any overflow.
