First is the aspect of traffic demand and the impact of traffic on the area which will affect the service level of the performance of sections and intersections. The second is regarding the design aspects of building transportation facilities which consist of parking facilities, pavement for building access roads. The Cibadak Style Hub area has residential and commercial functions. From the existing functions, the total generation and attraction of the Cibadak Style Hub building is estimated. The result are as follows: 78 vehicle/hour or 1091 vehicle/day in 2022, 116 vehicle/hour or 1636 vehicle/day in 2023, 156 vehicle/hour or 2186 vehicle/day in 2024, and 194 vehicle/hour or 2726 vehicle/day in 2025-2042. In traffic impact analysis, before determining the traffic impact, the geometrical access road around the area were observed and it is found that several access roads have narrow widths, which is Sutur Street, Pagede Back Street and Kote Alley. Therefore, A scenario to increase the capacity of roads and intersections is conducted by widening road segments into six meters width. To determine the impact of traffic caused by the Cibadak Style Hub area, the capacity of roads and intersections is calculated. Then, the capacity is compared with the total design hourly volume and the generation and attraction of Cibadak Style Hub area. According to the comparison, it is concluded that the traffic impact caused by Cibadak Style Hub area does not interfere with the performance of these roads and intersections. In the transportation facility design aspect, the following results are obtained: The planning and design of parking spaces that meet the vehicle parking needs of 171 cars and 125 motorbikes. Then, the pavement planning of the access road with a life design of 20 years that result in a flexible pavement design with a layer configuration of 40 mm AC WC, 60 mm AC BC, 70 mm AC Base and 300 mm LPA Class A. text
